I've found myself thinking about my approaches very differently and it's becoming much clearer how I can make those change theories a reality in my business. I have started putting clearer boundaries in place with clients, cut the dead weight, stopped making excuses for things like not exercising contracts and making improvements that are going to ultimately make life easier. I still feel like I have a way to go but it's not so daunting and I am very proud of this blossoming confidence and authority - just need to remember it on the wobbly days!
